Journeying allows your soul/consciousness to have a "spiritual" experience separate from the limits of the physical body/mind, allowing for transformation and healing to occur. Journeying is a natural human ability, we just need to allow ourselves to remember how.

Shamanic journeying encourages us to be grounded, present, and connected to ourselves and our environment.

We will Smudge, open space, set an intention, and complete a guided shamanic journey to the sound of Drum or ceremonial rattle.
